Keynotes and Breakout Sessions

(Special rates available for multiple bookings and breakout sessions that are combined with a keynote presentation)

All fees quoted above include customization based on telephone interviews. Fees are plus expenses, which include lowest available unrestricted coach airfare, ground transportation, mileage if personal auto is used, (current IRS-approved rate), lodging and meals.

Date Confirmation Policy :
Because of the competitive nature of booking dates, it is necessary to have a signed Letter of Agreement before dates can be confirmed for a client. To facilitate your administrative needs, we will hold the date(s) for a period of up to two weeks from the date of a Letter of Agreement; giving you a "Right to First Refusal" should another client ask for the same date(s). After the two-week period, the dates become open and will need to be renegotiated. Once we have received your signed Letter of Agreement and deposit, the dates are confirmed for you.

Non-Refundable Deposit :
In order to confirm and hold requested program date(s), we will need to receive a non-refundable deposit of one-half the program fee. The balance, plus expenses, is due within 15 days of receipt of invoice following program.

Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy :
Because cancellation of a program causes loss of income that is difficult to recapture on short notice, a percentage of the fee is due and payable if the project is rescheduled or cancelled by the client, as follows: written notification of reschedule/cancellation received less than 30 days prior to program - 100% due and payable; 31-90 days - 75% due and payable; 91-120 days - 50% due and payable.

Note : If the program is rescheduled within 30 days, the client may apply half of the cancellation fee to the rescheduled program. (In the unlikely event that we are unable to conduct this program, a qualified speaker will be substituted, the date rescheduled, or your deposit for that program will be returned, your choice).

Each program can be recorded for internal use within the company or organization at no additional fee, with the stipulation that we receive a complimentary master copy of the recordings made, with the right to duplicate.
